New courses have opened up at The LGA, run by experienced teacher and child care professional Arthur Randle. There is a variety of courses available for children of all ages, and be focused around developing your child’s confidence in playing guitar in a group, and finding joy in the wonderful shared experience that music can bring.
One of the most important facets of musical talent, is the confidence and ability to play your instrument competently as part of a group, and these courses are a perfect opportunity for your child to learn these skills in a relaxed and fun environment. As the songs will be played in a group, we will be able to find the right part for every child, one that matches the skill level of the individual, and allows them to be a part of some lovely guitar ensembles.
As well as learning modern and classical songs, the children will be guided in the composition of their own original music, encouraging the more creative aspects of musical instruction and learning, and hopefully become a talent that stays with them for years. Above all else, here at The London Guitar Academy we hope to inspire a lasting enjoyment and fascination in the guitar and in music in general, that will lead to further musical exploration in the years to come.
